摘    要:目的:观察急性寒冷暴露对大鼠体温、血糖水平、激素水平的影响.方法:采用-15℃,3h低温暴露建立寒冷应激动物模型,分别使用肛温计和血糖仪测定直肠温度和血糖水平,荧光分光光度法和放射免疫分析法测定血清中激素水平.结果:冷暴露后,大鼠直肠温度降低2。80%,血糖水平降低1.09mmol/L,且30min后均未恢复正常水平(P〈0.01);肾上腺皮质酮,促肾上腺皮质激素,5-羟色胺水平显著增高,而NE水平则显著降低(P〈0.01),DA水平无显著变化.结论:寒冷暴露可以影响机体的体温调节和能量代谢,并可以引起下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的激活,从而使血液中多种激素水平显著改变.

Abstract:AIM: To study the effects of acute cold stress on the body temperature, blood glucose level and serum hormone levels in rats. METHODS: Rats were subjected to a single 3 h period of cold exposure ( - 15℃ ) and control animals were placed inside rat cages for the same duration. The body temperature and serum glucose level were determined. Fluorospectrophotometry and radio immunoassay were performed to determine the serum hormone levels. RESULTS: The rectal temperature of the rats decreased by 2. 80℃, accompanied with a decrease of serum glucose level, both of which were still lower than those of the controls 30 min after the cold exposure. Levels of serum cortieosterone ( CORT), adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) and 5- hydroxytryptarnine (5-HT) significantly increased under cold stress conditions, while norepinephrine (NE) level decreased and dopamine ( DA ) level remained unchanged. CONCLUSION : Cold exposure may affect the regulation of body temperature and energy metabolism, and lead to the activation of hypothalamicpituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.
