镉及茶多酚对大鼠心肌细胞动作电位的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨氯化镉(CdCl2)及茶多酚(TP)对大鼠心室肌细胞动作电位(AP)的影响.方法:用常规微电极方法记录心室肌细胞AP.结果:不同浓度的CdCl2可使心肌细胞动作电位幅度(APA)值降低,最大除极速率(Vmax)降低,复极化时程(APD)明显缩短.CdCl2 0.005mmol/L组APA从74.9±4.8降至66.5±6.7;Vmax从15.3±2.3降至16.1±2.5;CdCl2 0.01mmol/LAPA降至50.3±2.4;Vmax降至9.3±0.9.0.015mmol/L APA降至46.2±3.1;Vmax降至3.7±0.6.结论:CdCl2能够抑制心肌细胞的AP,TP可减轻镉对心肌细胞AP的影响.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the effect of CdCl2 and tea phlyphenols(TP) on the action potential in rat myocardial cells. METHODS: Action potentials were recorded using standard microelectrode technique. RESULTS: CdCl2 of different concentrations decreased the amplitude of action potential(APA) and the maximum rate of depolarization (Vmax) , and shortened the action potential duration of repolarization (APD). CdCl2/L at 0. 005 mmol decreased APA from 74.9±4.8 to 66.5±6.7 and Vmax from 15.3±2.3 to 16.1 ±2.5, CdCl2/L at 0.01 mmol decreased APA to 50.3±2.4 and Vmax to 9.3±0.9 and CdCl2/L at 0. 015 mmol decreased APA to 46.2±3.1 and Vmax to 3.7 ±0.6. TP decreased the effects of CdCl2 on the action potential in rat myocardium. CONCLUSION: CdCl2 inhibits the action in rat myocardial cells and TP decreases the effects of CdCl2 on the action potential in rat myocardium.
