| 摘 要： | 目的：建立家族性腺瘤性息肉病（FAP）家系永生细胞株，为FAP的深入研究提供永久的研究材料．方法：应用EB病毒（EBV）加入环孢霉素A转化技术，将FAP家系成员外周血B淋巴细胞转化成永生化淋巴母细胞系．结果：成功为两个FAP家系25个个体建立了永生细胞株，转化率为100％．对已建株保存的永生细胞进行复苏培养，复苏成功率为100％．结论：FAP永生细胞株保存了原来个体完整的基因组，为在分子水平上揭示FAP的发病机制提供了宝贵的材料．

| Abstract: | AIM: To establish immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines of familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP) and to provide materials for further research of FAP.METHODS: Immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines of FAP were established by Epstein-Barr(EB) virus transformation of peripheral blood B lymphocytes from members of FAP and addition of cyclosporine A.RESULTS: Twenty-five immortal cell lines of two FAP pedigrees were successfully obtained with a transformation rate of 100%.The culture recovery rate was 100%.CONCLUSION: Th... |
