| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Hcy是否影响乳腺癌患者外周血MNC表达uPA、uPAR和PAI-1。方法：采用不同浓度Hcy对乳腺癌患者外周血MNC进行短期（4h）培养后，粉碎细胞，ELISA法检测其uPA，uPAR和PAI-1的表达.结果：Hcy诱导乳腺癌患者外周血MNC表达uPA，uPAR，而抑制MNC表达PAI-1，并且呈剂量依赖性，Hcy浓度为0，12.5，25，50，100μmol／L时，uPA分别为47.00±21.26，57.70±26.72，72.38±38.64，83.33±42.74，94.83±44.47ng／L；uPAR分别为1299.3±291.7，1447.2±408.8，1607.6±467.0，1731.3±521.1，1815.3±522.3ng／L；PAI-1分别为52.5±20.7，41.6±21.9，35.4±17.9，32.6±18.3，28.7±16.2μg／L。结论：Hcy可以影响乳腺癌患者外周血MNC表达uPA，uPAR和PAI-1，可能在乳腺癌的侵袭和转移中发挥一定的作用。
