摘    要:目的:探讨应用指动脉终末背侧支逆行皮瓣修复指端缺损的方法及疗效.方法:2007-02/2008-02期间应用指固有动脉远侧指间关节终末背侧支为蒂切取中节指背皮瓣,逆行转移修复指端软组织缺损并骨外露20例,其中示指9例,中指7例,环指4例,皮瓣面积1.0cm×1.5cm~1.6cm×2.7cm,供皮瓣区皮片移植.结果:20例皮瓣全部成活,随访6mo~1a,外形满意,质地柔软,肤色正常.两点辨别觉6~8mm,患指外观及功能均满意.结论:该皮瓣操作简单,不损伤指固有动脉及神经,血供可靠,成功率高,是修复指端软组织缺损及骨外露的一种有效可行的方法.

Abstract:AIM:To discuss the methods and the clinical efficacy for repairing fingertip defect with dorsal reverse flap of middle phalanx based on the end dorsal branches of digital artery.METHODS:From February 2007 to February 2008,20 cases of reverse flap combined with the end dorsal branches of digital artery from the dorsal of the middle phalanx was harvested for coverage of fingertip soft tissue loss and exposed digital bone,index finger 9 cases,middle finger 7 cases,ring finger 4 cases.Its area was from 1.0 cm×1.5 cm to 1.6 cm×2.7 cm,donor site grafted with free skin.RESULTS:All 20 cases that was content contour,soft texture,normal complexiom survived completely and were followed up for 6 months to 1 year,the tow-point discrimination ranged between 6 and 8 mm,invalid fingers had a satisfactory appearance and function.CONCLUSION:The reverse flap is an efficient and practical method for repairing fingertip soft tissue loss and exposed digital bone.It is simplicity,non-invasion to the artery or nerves,reliable blood supply,high success rate.
