应用CT和肌电图评价A型肉毒毒素治疗良性咬肌肥大的疗效

摘    要:目的:应用CT和肌电图评价A型肉毒毒素治疗后咬肌的厚度与电生理变化.方法:对入选的20例(40侧)咬肌肥大患者进行A型肉毒毒素肌肉注射治疗.咬肌肥大就医者每侧注射剂量为5万U/L.观察治疗前后不同时期就医者咬肌厚度变化情况、不良反应或并发症发生情况以及电生理的改变.结果:20例患者注射后CT与传统B超测量的咬肌厚度无明显差异.测量结果显示:不同时期的咬肌厚度均明显小于注射前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).药物注射后4~12wk咬肌厚度减小最明显,12wk后咬肌的力量与体积逐渐恢复,24wk后肌力基本恢复正常,但咬肌体积的恢复各不相同.肌电变化显示:不同时期的运动单位电位幅度均较治疗前减小(P〈0.01).20例患者总体满意率为85%.结论:CT和肌电图对A型肉毒毒素治疗良性咬肌肥大的疗效可以进行很好的评价.
