| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群（简称T亚群）表面凋亡调控因子Fas／FasL表达及其与中医辨证分型的关系．方法：按中医辨证分型将80例ITP患者分为4组，每组20例．以流式细胞术检测ITP患者外周血T亚群表面凋亡调控因子Fas／FasL的表达率并与对照组（正常健康志愿者20例）相同指标进行比较．结果：CD4^＋及CD8^＋外周血T亚群表面凋亡调控因子Fas／Fasl表达率ITP瘀血阻络组、血热妄行组治疗前与对照组相比较显著增加（P〈0．05），血热妄行组治疗后显著下降，瘀血阻络组略有上升，但差异无显著性．CD4^＋及CD8^＋外周血T亚群表面凋亡调控因子Fas／Fasl表达率ITP阴虚火旺组、气虚不摄组治疗前与对照组相比较有所增加，治疗后略有上升，但差异均无显著性．结论：ITP患者中医辨证分型与Fas／FasL表达存在相关性．ITP患者较高的T亚群表面凋亡调控因子Fas，Fasl值，提示好的预后．
