心复康口服液对心衰大鼠线粒体跨膜电位及心肌能量代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨益气温阳活血化瘀方药心复康口服液对腹主动脉部分缩窄致充血性心力衰竭(CHF)模型大鼠心肌细胞线粒体跨膜电位(MMP)变化以及心肌能量代谢的影响.方法:将120只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:假手术组(SH组)、腹主动脉缩窄模型组(CAA组)、心复康治疗组(XFK组).采用腹主动脉部分缩窄法制作CHF大鼠模型,用高效液相法(HPLC)测定心肌高能磷酸盐的浓度,观察比较3组大鼠第6,8周测定的心肌高能磷酸盐的浓度.应用流式细胞仪检测心衰大鼠心肌线粒体MMP改变.结果:①各组大鼠心肌高能磷酸盐含量的变化:造模后6,8wk时CAA组高能磷酸盐ATP,ADP含量降低,AMP含量升高(P<0.01).XFK组心衰大鼠6,8wk测定ATP,ADP,AMP和TAN的含量均较模型组明显改善(P<0.01),8wk时XFK组各项指标较CAA组心衰大鼠心肌磷酸盐改善更加明显(P<0.01).XFK治疗组大鼠8wk时测定ATP,ADP,AMP和TAN的含量优于6wk(P<0.05).②各组心肌MMP的变化:6wk与8wk结果均显示,CAA组较SH组MMP显著下降(P<0.01),XFK组较CAA组MMP显著升高(P<0.0...
