摘    要:目的:优选桑叶多糖的水提取工艺和观察桑叶多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:采用正交试验方法,对影响多糖的水提取工艺的因素水平进行了研究,并采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺造模,测定桑叶多糖对免疫功能低下小鼠炭粒廓清、巨噬细胞吞噬功能,血清溶血素效价(HC50)、抗体细胞形成数量(QHS值)及T,B淋巴细胞功能的影响.结果:桑叶多糖的最佳提取工艺为1:8倍量蒸馏水在80℃加热1.5h,回流提取1次;桑叶多糖能明显升高炭粒廓清k和a值以及HC50,QHS值(P〈0.05—0.01),提高巨噬细胞吞噬百分率、吞噬指数和T,B淋巴细胞功能(P〈0.01).结论:优选的桑叶多糖水提取工艺稳定可行,桑叶多糖具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用.
