| 摘 要： | 报告22例淋巴瘤病人的超声显象,包括腹内淋巴结肿大,肝、脾、胃肠道、肾等脏器。作者认为超声显象在检出和诊断淋巴瘤的腹部情况、临床分期、疗效观察、估计预后等都有重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Abdominal ultrasonographic findings in 22 patients lymphoma were presented. Abdominal sonographic findings included: Enlargement of abdominal lymph nodes, splenomegaly, splenic lesions, renal involvement and ileocecal lymphoma. It is concluded that abdominal ultrasonography is valuable not only for detecting and diagnosing abdominal lesions of lymphoma and clinical staging, but also for assessing the therapeutic effect and prognosis. |
