C反应蛋白与代谢综合征合并冠状动脉疾病关系的研究

目的探讨代谢综合征合并冠状动脉疾病与C反应蛋白之间的关系。方法2004年7月-2006年7月期间选择经冠脉造影确诊冠心病患者356例，其中按照中国代谢综合征诊断标准分为代谢综合征组与非代谢综合征组。对两组进行C反应蛋白水平测定。两组的冠造和C反应蛋白进行组内和组间统计学分析。结果不同C反应蛋白浓度下冠脉病变类型比较表明，随着C反应蛋白水平的升高，代谢综合征组的冠脉病变严重程度加重差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论C反应蛋白可作为预测代谢综合征合并冠状动脉疾病患者冠状病变严重程度的预测指标。

Serum C-reactive protein level patiemts with coronary artery disease complicating with or without metabolic syndrome.

Objective To observe the relationship between serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level and coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)complicating with or without metabolic syndrome Methods CAD 356 cases was diagnosed by coronary artery angiography(CAG)among them Metabolic syndrome(MS group)was confirmed in 120 out of 356 CAD patients and the relationship between serum CRP level and coronary lesion was compared to those without metabolic syndrome(non-MS group) Results The number of CAD patients who had type B and C coronary stenosis and the serum level of CRP was significantly higher in MS group than in non-MS group Conclusion For CAD patients complicatng metabolic syndrome CRP is a reliable marker to predict the severity of coronary artery lesion
