长沙市更老年期女干部运动功能检查分析

目的 了解更老年期妇女其肌肉关节功能及全身脂肪含量情况. 方法 对200名更老年期女干部进行体成分检测分析. 结果 股骨颈抗骨折能力随着年龄的增长下降明显,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.股骨颈抗骨折能力低于正常标准者的比例为54.1％;体脂含量（BF％）为（34.71±4.60）,下肢肌肉系数分布低于正常标准者的比例为33.3％,膝关节功能障碍的比例为65.6％. 结论 随着年龄的增加,更老年期女干部体脂含量明显增加,股骨颈抗骨折能力下降,膝关节功能障碍的比例增高.

Examination of Motor Function Among Perimenopausal and Elderly Female Cadres in Changsha City

Objective To survey muscle and joint function and body fat percentage of perimenopausal and elderly women.Method Body components of 200 perimenopausal and elderly female cadres were detected and analyzed.Results The anti -fracture capacity of femur neck in the female cadres was declined significantly with the increasing age,and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The ratio of the cadres with anti-fracture capacity of femur neck less than the normal standard was 54.1％.The percentage of body fat （BF％） was （34.71 ± 4.60）.The proportion of the cadres with muscles distribution coefficient of lower limb less than the normal standard was 33.3 ％.And the proportion of the cadres with knee dysfunction was 65.6％.Conclusions With the increase of age,the body fat contents and the proportion of knee dysfunction in the perimenopausal and elderly female cadres increase significantly,while the anti-fracture capacity of femur neck decreases.
