摘    要:磁性纳米探针在MR分子影像学领域有着非常关键的作用,并且有着宽广的前景,而各种新型纳米探针的研发尤其是靶向纳米探针的研制与临床应用,有利于各种疾病的早期诊断和靶向治疗.本研究回顾分析近年来分子影像学的发展及影像探针的应用,通过查阅近年来国内外大量文献报道,总结分析分子影像学进展、纳米探针的研发及临床应用现状,以提高对磁性纳米探针在MR分子影像学领域的重要应用价值的认识,实现疾病治疗的实时监测及效果评价.

The research and application of magnetic nano-probes in MR molecular imaging

Abstract:Retrospective analysis is used in this paper on the development of molecular imaging and the application of magnetic nano-probes for recent years in order to raise the awareness of the important value of magnetic biological probes in MR molecular imaging area.This paper is based on the broad research of all kinds of domestic and overseas literature regarding nanoprobes research and development and clinical application to offer the summary analysis on current research and development of molecular imaging and magnetic nano-probes and their clinical application.It is found in this article that magnetic nano-probe plays a key role in MR molecular imaging area and it has very broad prospects as well.Research and development of new types of nano-probes especially the development and clinical application of targeted nanoprobes are benefiting early diagnosis and targeted therapy of various diseases which achieves the real-time monitoring and evaluation of it.
