山西大同大学医学院中医系大学生心理健康状况调查

目的了解医学院中医系大学生心理健康状况,为开展心理健康教育提供理论与实践依据。方法以班为单位进行集体测试,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对山西大同大学医学院中医系235名大学生实施问卷测试,进行单因素分析、平均数的显著性检验。结果被试SCL-90各因子分≥3检出率在2.13%～6.38%,各种心理问题检出率占总人数的38.29%。中医系大学生只有偏执因子得分与全国大学生常模相似,其余8个因子得分均高于全国大学生常模(P<0.01)。结论医学院中医系大学生心理健康状况不容乐观,其心理健康有年级、性别差异,应有针对性地加强对中医系大学生的心理健康教育。

An Investigation of Student's Mental Health Status of Department of Chinese Medical Science in Medical College Shanxi Datong University

Objective To understand Students' mental health status of department of chinese medical science in medical college,it provides the base of theory and practice for carrying out psychological health education.Methods Carrying out collective test and measurement by means of a class for a unit,we enforced questionnaire to 235 Students of department of chinese medical science by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),then carry out single factor analysis and mean of compare test.Results The detection rate of the SCL-90 score which exceed and equal 3 is 2.13%~6.38% in tested Students.Their unsymmetric score is similar to the norm of nationwide students,the score of other 8 factors are higher than the norm of nationwide Students(P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological health status about the Student of the department of chinese medical science medical college is not optimistic and there are some grade and gender differences in their psychological health,it is necessary to enhance psychological health education to the Students of the department of chinese.
