| 摘 要： | 目的调查神经症、抑郁症住院患者与创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）的共病情况。方法对在2009年3月至2009年10月期间连续住院的神经症及抑郁症患者共112例进行埃森创伤问卷（ETI）调查,再用创伤后应激症状筛查表（PTSS-10）对ETI症状得分〉27分者进行症状筛查。结果 ETI症状得分〉27分者为40例（占112例患者的35.7%）,其中PTSS-10得分〉35分者为37例（占40例患者的92.5%）,且此40例患者的首次发病时间和创伤事件发生的时间存在相关（P〉0.05）。结论神经症及抑郁症的住院患者中有较高的共病PTSD的可能。
