摘    要:目的 探讨早期、无创检测猪肾移植术后脂质过氧化损伤的方法。方法 按照组织配型结果将动物分成自体肾移植组和同种异体肾移植组,动态采集不同时间点实验动物前腔静脉血及移植肾组织,并分别测其血清及移植肾组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 血清与移植肾组织中SOD和MDA含量变化趋势相符,术后上升,l一2周达峰值后逐渐恢复正常,血清与移植肾组织中SCD和MDA含量呈直线回归关系。结论 检测血清SCD、MDA含量可以早期、无创、动态监测移植肾术后脂质过氧化损伤情况。

Abstract:Objective To explore the early and non-invasive method for monitoring of porcine lipid peroxidation-induced injury after renal transplantation. Methods 12 Chinese Sichuan White Pigs (SWPs) were divided into renal allotransplant group and auto-transplant group in terms of the outcome of tissue typing. The venous samples and the grafted tissues were collected at various time points to determine the contents of SOD, MDA in serum and tissue homogenate. Results The change trends of serum MDA and SOD were same as those in the transplanted renal tissue. The contents of MDA and SOD in serum and tissue homogenate were increased on the 2nd day after operation, reached the peak within 1 to 2 weeks, then gradually returned to normal level (P<0.05). The contents of MDA and SOD in serum and homogenate showed a linear regression relation. Conclusion Determination of serum MDA and SOD could early, non-invasively and dynamically monitor lipid peroxidation-induced injury after renal transplantation.
