医院感染现患率的调查

目的：为了监测医院感染现患率及其相关因素的调查分析。方法：采用床旁调查与病历调查相结合的方法。结果：本次调查843人，查出医院感染48人，49例次，现患率为5．69％，例次现患率为5．81％，感染部位依次为上呼吸道，下呼吸道，皮肤软组织，结论：加强对易感人群的保护，特别是对老年人和患有血液系统，恶性肿瘤等严重基础疾病患者的保护，尽量减少或者避免一些不必要的侵入性操作和治疗。

Investigation on the nosocomial infection morbidity

Objective In order to supervise nosocomial infection ratio and its relative factors.Methods The investigation of by bed and case survey was performed.Results Among a total of 843 patients under surveillance,48 patients were found,the nosocomial morbidity was 5.69% ,and 49 nosocomial infection cases and chances occurred,the case morbidity was 5.81% .Upper respiratory tract infection was the most frequent infection site,followed by lower respiratory tract infection,and skin and soft tissue infection.Conclusion Susceptible people should be protected,especially old people and patients with serious primary diseases such as diseases of blood system and malignant tumor.It is suggested to decrease and avoid some unnecessary invasive operations and treatments.
