氯霉素甲硝唑凝胶的制备及质量控制

目的:研制氯霉素甲硝唑凝胶。方法:用卡波姆-940作凝胶基质制备氯霉素甲硝唑凝胶,采用双波长分光光度法测定凝胶中氯霉素和甲硝唑的含量。结果:制得的凝胶剂均匀,透明。氯霉素的平均回收率为101.08％,RSD为0.23％(n=5),甲硝唑的平均回收率100.82％,RSD为0.18％(n=5)。结论:该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,成本低廉,性质稳定,质量可控,疗效确切。

Prepatation and Quality Control of Chloramphenicol and Metronidazole Gel

Objective: To study gel of chloramphenicol and metronidazole. Method: The gel was prepated by taking carbomer 940 as a base in the gel, both contents of chloramphenicol and metronidazole in gel were determined with dual wave length spectropho-tometry. Result: The prepared gel exhibited a fine consistency and transparency, the average recoevery of chloramphenicol was 101. 08%, RSD 0.23%(n=5), the average recovery of metronidazole was 100.82%, RSD 0. 18%( n = 5). Conclusion: The technique is simple in preparing process of gel of which the cost is lower, The nature is stable, the quality can be controlled, and the curative effect is definite.
