| 摘 要： | 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定妇科千金片中盐酸巴马汀的含量.方法 采用Shimadzu-C18柱,乙腈-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH至3)(28:72)为流动相;检测波长为265 am.结果 测得盐酸巴马汀线性范围0.051μg～0.255 μg(r=0.999 9),加样回收试验测得平均回收率为100.04%,RSD为1.03%(n=5).结论 该法准确,专属性强.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining of the content of palmatine hydrochloride in Fuke Qianjin Tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on Shimadzu-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 sodium acid phosphate (pH=3, adjusted by phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (72 : 28). The detection wavelength was at 265 nm. Results The linear correlation was in the range of 0. 051 μg～0. 255 μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 04 %, and RSD=1.03 % (n=5). Conclusion The method is accurate and specific. |
