Atlanto-axial subluxation in Down''s syndrome |

| Abstract: | A case of atlanto-axial subluxation in a patient with Down's syndrome is described. The gradual deterioration in the patient's locomotor ability caused a delay in diagnosis. Patterns of presentation of this condition are discussed. |
