7498例成年人体检单次尿液和肾功能检查及临床意义

目的 探讨体检中尿及肾功能检查对肾脏疾病筛查的意义.方法 选取2013年3月至2014年2月来我院进行常规体检的成年患者,对符合纳入标准的7498例检查结果进行回顾性分析.观察和比较患者的尿常规检测及肾功能检查结果,明确异常指标的检出率及不同年龄阶段的差异性.结果 尿常规检查：总异常1400（18.67％）例,其中女性743（20.55％）例明显高于男性657（16.92％）例（P＜0.05）;血尿共检出276（3.68％）例,女性152（4.20％）例明显高于男性124（3.19％）例（P＜0.05）,且检出率随年龄增长递增A组2.11％B组3.99％C组5.34％（P＜0.05）;白细胞尿共检出261（3.48％）例,女性161（4.45％）例明显高于男性100（2.58％）例（P＜0.05）.肾功能检查：肾功能不全程度随着年龄增长组间加重A组0.52％B组0.93％C组9.75％（P＜0.05）;A组肾功能不全率男性0.78％明显高于女性0.26％（P＜0.05）;C组肾功能不全率女性12.73％明显高于男性8.29％ （P＜0.05）.结论 常规体检中的尿常规及肾功能检查异常指标及疾病检出率较高,经济实惠且便于推广实施.

The clinical significance of a single tests physical examination of urine and renal function for 7,498 cases of adult

Objective To explore the clinical significance of a single tests physical examination of urine and renal function.Methods The results of 7498patient＇s urine and renal function were collected for retrospective analysis to clear the detection rate and different ages anomaly index difference.Results 1400（18.67%）cases were anomaly,including female 743（20.55%）and male patients 657（16.92%）cases（P0.05）.The hematuria were detected in 276（3.68%）cases,including female 152（4.20%）and male patients 124（3.19%）cases（P0.05）.The leukocyte were detected in261（3.48%）cases included female 161（4.45%）cases and male patients 100（2.58%）cases（P0.05）.The degree of renal dysfunction increased with age increments A group 0.52% B group 0.93% C 9.75%（P0.05）.The renal insufficiency rate of male of A group（0.78%）was significantly higher than that of females（0.26%）（P0.05）.The renal dysfunction rate of female of C group（12.73%）was significantly higher than that of males（8.29%）（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal indicators and disease detection rate of routine physical examination of the urine and renal function tests is higher and it is affordable and easy to promote the implementation.
