Fascin在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨Fascin在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测Fascin在10例膀胱癌旁粘膜、20例腺性膀胱炎及109例膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达情况.结果 Fascin在10例癌旁粘膜组织中均不表达,在20例腺性膀胱炎中仅2例表达（2/20）,在109例膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达阳性率为83.5％ （91/109）.癌旁粘膜组与腺性膀胱炎组织比较无差异（P＞0.05）、癌旁粘膜组与膀胱尿路上皮癌组、腺性膀胱炎组与膀胱尿路上皮癌组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;Fascin的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌的组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关（P＜0.05）,与患者的性别及肿瘤是否多发无关（P＞0.05）.结论 提示Fascin的表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌的侵袭转移有关,检测Fascin的表达有助于判断膀胱尿路上皮癌的预后.

Fascin expression in bladder urothelial carcinomas and its significance

Objective To explore the fascin expression in bladder urothelial carcinomas and its significance.Methods Fascin expression in 10 cases of the bladder cancer adjacent mucosa,20 cases of cystitis glandularis and 109 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma were measured with immunohistochemical S-P.Results The fascin in 10 cases of cancer adjacent mucosa was not expressed.There were 2cases expressed fascin of 20 cystitis glandularis.The positive rate of fascin expression in bladder urothelial carcinoma was 83.5%（91/109）.Fascin of expression was associated with histological ratings,clinical staging and the lymph nodes transfer in the bladder urothelial carcinoma（P 0.05）.Conclusion To speculate Fascin expression associated with the invasion and metastasis of the bladder urothelial carcinoma,detecting Fascin expression can help determine the prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
