笑气吸入对口腔科手术患者的麻醉镇痛效果评价

目的 探讨笑气吸入在口腔科手术中的应用价值.方法 将137例拔牙及口腔种植的手术患者随机分为两组：试验组70例使用笑气吸入,对照组67例注射利多卡因,观察两组患者治疗过程中的麻醉和镇痛效果.结果 试验组患者血压、心率、血氧饱和度变化平稳（P＞0.05）,手术时疼痛评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）,镇静评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 口腔科手术中应用笑气吸入比使用其它麻醉、镇痛药物更有效、安全和方便,口腔手术中推广笑气吸入对减轻患者痛苦、稳定情绪、提高治疗依从性具有重要意义.

Nitrous oxide inhalation anesthesia in dentistry treatment

Objective To investigate the nitrous oxide inhalation in dentistry surgery application.Methods 137 patients with tooth extraction and oral implant surgery were randomly divided into two groups：the experimental group（70cases）using nitrous oxide inhalation,the control group（67cases）injection of lidocaine.The two groups were observed during the treatment of narcotic and analgesia.Results The experimental group blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation smoothly changed（P〈0.05）.The surgical pain score of experimental group was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The sedation score of experimental group was more than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of nitrous oxide inhalation dentistry surgery is effective,safe and convenient.
