糖尿病肾病患者微量蛋白及转铁蛋白的变化分析

目的 分析糖尿病肾病患者微量蛋白及转铁蛋白的变化情况.方法 选取2011年12月～2013年10月收治的86例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,同期的86名健康人员为对照组.将两组的尿微量清蛋白、α1微球蛋白、β2微球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G及转铁蛋白水平进行检测与比较,同时观察组中不同疾病分期与糖化血红蛋白水平者的上述尿液检测指标.结果 观察组患者的尿微量清蛋白、α1微球蛋白、β2微球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G及转铁蛋白水平均显著地高于对照组,且观察组中疾病分期较高者的尿检测水平高于分期较低者,糖化血红蛋白≥7.0％者的尿检测水平均高于糖化血红蛋白＜7.0％者,P均＜0.05,上述检测指标间均有显著性差异.结论 糖尿病肾病患者微量蛋白及转铁蛋白均呈现异常升高的状态,且受疾病分期及糖化血红蛋白水平的影响较大,因此应给予疾病分期与糖化血红蛋白水平较高者更充分的干预.

Study on the change of micro albumen and transferring of patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study and analyze the change situation of micro albumen and transferring of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as observation group and 86 healthy persons at the same time were selected as control group.The urinary albumin,α1microglobulin,β2microglobulin,immunoglobulin G and transferring of two groups were detected and compared.The urinary indexes of observation group with different disease stages and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared.Results The urinary albumin,α1microglobulin,β2microglobulin,immunoglobulin G and transferring of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group.The urinary indexes of observation group with higher disease stages were obviously higher than those of patients with lower disease stages.The urinary indexes of patients with glycosylated hemoglobin ≥7.0% were all higher than those of patients with glycosylated hemoglobin 7.0%.Conclusion The micro albumen and transferring of patients with diabetic nephropathy show abnormal elevated state,and the influence of disease stages and glycosylated hemoglobin for those indexes are great,so the patients with higher disease stages and glycosylated hemoglobin should be paid more attention.
