慢性前列腺炎患者个性特征与心理需求分析

目的 研究慢性前列腺炎（CP）患者的个性特征及心理需求.方法 将我院2009年1月～2013年1月就诊的240例CP患者设为观察组,另选取同期体检正常人240例作为对照组.采用调查问卷以自评的形式反应患者的心理健康、个性特征及心理需求,对比两组EPQ以及SCL-90评分,分析观察组患者的心理需求.结果 观察组躯体化评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分、偏执评分、精神病性评分以及总分均显著高于对照组;观察组的E维评分、P维评分、N维评分与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.观察组患者心理需求较多,应予以及时关注并解决.结论 对CP患者进行心理健康以及个性特征分析,了解其心理需求,进而进行有针对性的心理护理,对于改善患者的身心健康效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

The study of psychological health and personality characteristics and psychological needs of chronic prostatitis patients

Objective To study mental health,personality characteristics and psychological needs of chronic prostatitis（CP）patients.Methods We selected 240 CP patients as the observation group,and 240 normal people were selected as control group.Self-rated mental health,personality characteristics and psychological needs of patients were investigated with questionnaire.The EPQ and SCL-90 scores were compared between the two groups and to analysis the observation group psychological needs questionnaire.Results In the body of score,depression score,anxiety score,paranoid score,psychotic score and the total score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.E dimension score,P score and N score dimension of the observation group were significant different from that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion it is worthy to analyze mental health and personality characteristics of patients with CP,understand the psychological demand and improve the patient＇s physical and mental health effects.
