参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及炎性因子的影响

目的 探讨参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 选取2013年1月～2014年1月确诊的慢性心力衰竭患者100例,采用数字表法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例.对照组给于常规利尿剂、阿司匹林、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上每天静脉滴注参附注射液60mL,疗程2周.比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察治疗前后两组患者左心射血分数（LVEF）变化情况,血浆脑钠肽（BNP）、血清白细胞介素6（IL-6）及肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平.结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患者治疗后BNP、IL-6和TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01）,且治疗组的改善情况明显优于时照组（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液能显著降低患者炎性因子水平,改善心功能,提高慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效.

The clinical effects of Shenfu injection on chronic heart failure and inflammatory factors

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Shenfu Injection on chronic heart failure.MethodWe collected the 100 patients of chronic heart failure in ICU in this retrospective study.By using random number,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with aspirin,diuretics and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor therapy.The treatment group was treated with Shenfu injection based on conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy,LVEF,BNP,IL-6and TNF-αwere observed before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.BNP,IL-6and TNF-αlevels after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.The situation of the treatment was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of Shenfu injection based on conventional therapy can apparently reduce inflammatory factors and improve clinical effects.
