原发性肺癌伽玛刀治疗前后血清NSE变化的临床意义

目的探讨原发性肺癌伽玛刀治疗前后血清NSE变化的临床意义。方法本文对63例原发性肺癌患者行伽玛刀治疗 ,对治疗前后的血清NSE浓度变化进行了动态监测。结果原发性肺癌患者血清NSE增高程度与病理类型相关。但尤以小细胞肺癌增高最为显著。全身伽玛刀治疗后血清NSE的浓度有下降 ,其下降幅度与原发病灶的恶性程度呈正相关。血清NSE在半年内恢复到正常人水平者 ,其预后较佳 ,生存期延长。如在3个月内血清NSE仍维持在高水平者 ,提示有转移或扩散。结论血清NSE对原发性肺癌伽玛刀治疗前后的检测诊断灵敏、可靠 ,值得临床广泛应用

Clinical value of serum NSE in patients with primary lung cancer by Gamma Knife

Objective Clinical value of serum NSE in patients with primary lung cancer by Gamma Knife. Methods The present paper showed that the serum NSE level in 63 patients with primary lung cancer were measured. Results Before treatment the serum NSE level in patients with primary lung cancer increased, the serum NSE level of small cell lung cancer is significant increasing especially. After treatment with Gamma Knife, the serum NSE level in patients with primary lung cancer decrease, there is significant relationship correction with malignant disease. 6 months later, the patients NSE level normalized have good prognosis. Conclusion NSE level change of before or after treatment by Gamma Knife in patients with primary lung cancer is one safe clinical value way.
