| 摘 要： | 目的探讨局部复发性直肠癌再次手术的价值.方法回顾性分析再手术治疗的局部复发性直肠癌33例.结果 21例行根治术,12例行姑息性手术.根治术组和姑息性手术组中位生存期分别为35.2个月(8～82个月)、13.0个月(2～23个月),再手术5年生存率为33.8%.结论对于局部复发性直肠癌应积极手术,有助于延长生存期,提高生存质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of reoperation for patients with local recurrent rectal carcinoma.Methods The data of 33 reopreated patients with local recurrent rectal carcinoma were analysed retrospectively.Results 21 patients had an oncologically radical operation,12 patients had a palliative procedure.For radical operation group and palliative operation group,the median survival span were 35.2 months(8~82months)and 13.0months(2~23months)respectively.The five-year survival rate of patients with reoperation was 34.8%.Conclusion The active reoperation on patients with local recurrent rectal carcinoma can expand life span and improve life quality. |
