| 摘 要： | 目的探讨浆细胞膜糖蛋白PC-1基因多态性与2型糖尿病（T2DM）的关系。方法运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态，（Polymeras chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism , PCR - RFL P）技术对深圳市50例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者和50例非糖尿病对照（NCT）人群的PC-1基因第四外显子K1Z1Q多态性进行分析。结果2型糖尿病组与非糖尿病对照组比较，PC-1基因型频率和等位基因频率分布差异均无显著性。结论PC-1基因K121Q多态性与2型糖尿病的发生无明显关联。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of the K121Q polymorphism of membrane glycoprotein PC-1 gene with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods The K121Q polymorphism in exon 4 of PC-1 gene were determined with the technique of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) in 50 type 2 diabetic subjects and 50 normal glucose tolerance(NGT) controls in Shenzhen City. Results No statistically significant differences were observed in the genotype and allele frequencies between controls and type 2 diabetic subjects(P>0.05). Conclusion The present study shows that the K121Q polymorphism of PC-1 gene is not associated with the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
