| 摘 要： | 提出了用高效液相色谱法同时测定限药水中的地塞米松磷酸钠及其分解产物地塞米松含量的方法。采用ＭｉｃｒｏｐａｋＭＣＨ－５－Ｎ－ＣＡＰ（１５０×４ｍｍ）色谱柱，以乙腈－磷酸水溶液（３２：６８）为流动相，地塞米松磷酸钠和地塞米松得到了很好分离，其保留时间分别为６．３和１１．３ｍｉｎ。采用紫外光度检测器检测（波长为２４０ｎｍ）分离后的两组分。

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatographic method ispresented for the simultaneuous determination of dexamethasone phosphate sodium and its degradation product dexamasone in ocustilla decadronis. The chromatographic separation is achieved by using a MicroPakMCH-5-N-CAP(150 x 4 mm, 5 pm). The mobile phase consists of acetonitrile/water (32:68) with0.9 ml/L of 85% phosphoric acid. Under these conditions dexamethasone phosphate sodium anddexamethasone are eluted after 6.3 and 11.3 minutes respectively and are monitored at 240 nm. |
