国产钬激光治疗泌尿系结石

摘    要:目的 探讨国产钬激光治疗泌尿系结石的疗效和安全性.方法 采用国产钬激光机经输尿管肾镜或膀胱镜治疗泌尿系结石54例,其中输尿管上段结石8例,中段结石6例,下段结石17例;膀胱结石23例.术后1~6周复查B超及KUB平片,观察结石排净情况.结果 输尿管中、下段结石23例全部排尽;输尿管上段结石8例中有7例全部排尽,另1例有碎石上移至肾盂,ESWL后仍未排尽.结石排净率97%.未出现输尿管穿孔、撕脱、尿外渗、水中毒、严重感染、大出血等并发症,术后随访3~12个月,无输尿管狭窄发生;而膀胱结石的排净率为100%,无并发症.结论 国产钬激光机治疗泌尿系结石疗效满意,安全可靠,值得推广应用.

Abstract:Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Chinese holmium laser lithotriptor in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods] 54 patients illed with urinary calculi(ureteral proximal 8cases,middle 6 cases,distal 17 cases,and bladder 23 cases)were treated by the Ho:YAG lithotriptor made in Hefei Anhui Province through the Ureteroscope or cystoscope,after one to six weeks of the operation,the patients were re-checked about the stone-free rate by B-ultrasound and KUB.Results] The stone-free rate was 100% in the middle and distal ureteral calculi,88.8% in the proximal ureteral calculi,In the only one patient illed with proximal ureteral calculi,the stone was moved up to the pelvis.The stone was not free after ESWL.No complications such as perforation,urine oozing,water poisoning,severe infection and massive hemorrhage were occured.No ureteral stricture was found after the 3 to 12 months postoperative follow-up.The stone-free rate of bladder calculi was 100%,no complication.Conclusions] Chinese holmium laser lithotriptor,a highly effective and safe treatment for urinary calculi,should be popularized.
