| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声在双胎妊娠中胎儿发育异常的诊断价值.方法对2002年1月～2005年6月在我院检查的双胎妊娠孕妇的超声检查结果进行分析.结果在331例双胎妊娠中,胎儿异常的48例,并对其声像图特点及诊断要点进行分析.结论二维超声在异常双胎妊娠中有重要的价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in abnormal twin pregngncy.Methods We analyzed the results of ultrasound in twins from 2002 to 2005 in Obstetrical Department at our hospital.Results There were 48 abnormal twins in 331 twin cases and The ultrasonic festures and key points for diagnosis were analyzed.Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasound is quite important for abnormal twin diagnosis. |
