湖北省更年期和老年期妇女卫生保健服务利用状况

目的 为了解我省更年期和老年期妇女卫生保健利用情况，以便更好的为我省更年期和老年期妇女提供及时有效的卫生保健服务。方法 于2001年8月至2001年12月通过整群抽样方法对我省5市(县)城乡7075名更年期和老年期妇女进行了卫生保健服务利用状况调查。结果 我省更年期和老年期妇女卫生保健知识知晓率为8．1％(574／7075)，不知道为46．5％(3289／7075)，防病检查1年1次为6．1％(出30／7075)，2年1次为3．7％(263／7075)，2年以上1次为3．2％(229／7075)，87.0％(6135／7075)未能定期检查。84．6％(5989／7075)的妇女有病能及时治疗。激素替代疗法率为1．7％(118／7075)。补钙率为5．4％(384／7075)。结论 我省更年期及老年期妇女卫生保健知识知晓率低，不能定期进行防病检查，卫生保健服务利用还有待进一步加强。

Analysis of status use of health care services on peri-menopausal and old women in Hubei province

Objectives To assess the status of health care service on perimenopausal and old women in Hubei province,in order to provide an effective health care service. Methods A structured questionnaire survey into the door was conducted among 7 075 perimenopausal and aged women selected by randomized cluster sampling in Hubei province. Results 8 1 % of subjects knew the knowledge of health care.46.5 % among them didn't know the knowledge of health care.6.1 % received diseases screening once a year,3.7 %, every two years and 3.2 % more than two years.87.0 % of them didn't received periodical screening.84 6 % of them received medical service at early time.1 7 % accepted HRT and 5 4 % accepted calcium supplements. Conclusion There was a lack of knowledge of the public health among perimenopausal and aged women in Hubei province.It is necessary to increase the health education and to enhance the health care services.
