摘    要:目的 :探讨农药呋喃丹对雄性大鼠生殖内分泌系统的影响。方法 :以 0 .3、1.5、3 .0mg/kg剂量经口连续染毒 77天 ,于染毒第 7天和第 77天分别检测大鼠血清及睾丸组织匀浆中一氧化氮 (NO)的含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性 ,检测血清中卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)、睾酮 (T)和雌二醇 (E2 )含量。结果 :染毒 7天大鼠三个染毒组血清中NOS活性均低于对照组 ,睾丸组织中NOS活性均高于对照组 ,且差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,NO和内分泌激素指标则没有明显改变 ;染毒 77天 ,三个染毒组睾丸组织中NOS活性均高于对照组 ,0 .3、3 .0mg/kg组与对照组相比差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,睾丸组织中NO含量均低于对照组 ,且均有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,三个剂量组血中T含量均低于对照组 ,且差异明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它指标未见明显改变。结论 :呋喃丹对雄性大鼠生殖内分泌系统有损害作用 ,使NOS、NO及T发生改变

Abstract:Objective: To examine the effects of carbofuran on the reproductive and endocrine systems of male rats. Methods:Male Wistar rats were administrated orally with carbofuran at the dose of 0.3,1.5,3.0 mg/kg. The levels of nitrogen monoxide(NO) and nitrogen monoxide synthase(NOS) in serum and testis homogenate, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T) and estranediol(E 2) in serum were determined after 7 days and 77 days.Results:After 7 days, the activities of NOS in serum or testis homogenate in all exposed groups were lower or higher than those in control group(P<0.05), respectively. There were no obviously changes in the NO and endocrine hormone. After 77 days, the activities of NOS in testis homogenate in exposed groups were still higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the contents of NO in testis homogenate and T in serum in exposed groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There were no obviously changes in the other indexes. Conclusion:Carbofuran may damage reproductive and endocrine systems of male rats.
