| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶状体术后后发障的方法,疗效和并发症。方法:应用Nd:YAG激光仪,对102例(104眼)后发障患者行后囊膜切开术。结果:术后随访3月-24月,手术成功率99.04%,视力提高率97.12%,人工晶状体损伤率12.50%,虹膜炎发生率4.81%。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗后发障是一种操作简单、安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the method, effect and complication of Nd: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in after cataract that occurred after implantation of introcular lens. Methods: 102 cases (104 eyes) of such patient were treated with Nd: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Results: All cases were followed up from 3 to 24 months after laser treatment. It showed that the success rate of the operation was 99.04%, the improved rate of visual acuity was 97.12%. The complication included the damages of lenses and mild iritis with occurrences of 12.50% and 4.81% respectively. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser might have been demonstrated to be a convenient, effective and safe treatment for after-cataract. |
