摘    要:目的观察外用重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子耐宫颈上皮内瘤变术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法实验组30例患者LEEP术后予碘伏消毒后用重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子进行创面换药治疗,对照组30例患者行碘伏消毒创面,比较两组愈合时间、创面愈合率及术名并发症的发生率。结果实验组较对照组愈合时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);实验组与对照组术后第1周、第2周和第3周的创面愈合率差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。实验组和对照组在不规则阴道流血、宫颈疤痕软硬度、阴道排液量和时间方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但在阴道流血量和术后感染率方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05):结论外用重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对宫颈上皮内瘤变术后创面愈合具有很好的促进作用,可以缩短愈合时间,增加创面愈合率,并减少不规则阴道出血率、阴道排液量及时间。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical vical wound of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the cerafter loop electrosurgical(LEEP) .METHODS The trial group of 30 patients'wound was treated with bFGF. At the same time the control group of 30 patients'wound was treated with the routine way. The results of the healing time, the wound-healing rate and the complications was compared. RESULTS There was statistic significance of trial group' s to control group in terms of the healing time (P 〈 0.01 ). After 1 week, 2 week and 3 week of the operation, there was statistic significance in terms of the wound-healing rate(P〈0.01).Although there was statistic significance on the rate of irregular vaginal bleeding and the vaginal discharge(P 〈 0.05), there was no statistic significance on the mount of vaginal bleeding and the rate of infection(P〉0.05) .CONCLUSION The bFGF can shorten the healing time, increase the wound-hearing rate and decrease the complications.
