| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响前牙金属烤瓷全冠美学修复的因素。方法：采用金属烤瓷全冠对212例患者的前牙进行修复，术后对患者及其术者双方的满意度进行调查，并分析统计结果。结果：从患者满意度调查结果看出美观效果满意度达到89.62％，形态效果达到92.92％，修复牙边缘密合度满意度达到85.38％，形态恢复达88.21。结论：前牙金属烤瓷全冠具有良好的美学修复特性，其美学特性与牙体预备、比色、形态恢复等因素密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the factors influencing t he aesthetics of PFM restoration of a nterior teeth.Methods:In this experi-ment,212patients who accepted ante rior teeth PFM restorations in our clinics were recruited.After the trea tment was completed,the satisfactory degree of the restoration of both the patients and the dentists were inquired into and analyzed.Results:In this experiment,about 89.62%patients are satisfied with the aesthetics,about 92.92%wi th shape restoration.Meanwhile,ab out 85.38?ntist are satisfied with marginal fitness,ab out 88.21%with shape restoration.Conclusion:PFM restoration of anterior teeth h as excellent esthetic propertie,which is closely related to the preparation of teeth,color ma tch and shape restoration,etc.[ |
