手术切除结合电子线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩30例疗效分析

目的 探讨瘢痕疙瘩治疗方法,评价手术结合电子线放疗治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析我科2002年10月～2007年6月收治的30例瘢痕疙瘩患者临床资料.结果 手术后30min内结合电子线放疗治疗瘢痕疙瘩治愈率达65%,有效率97%.结论 瘢痕疙瘩术后结合电子线放疗,治愈率高,复发率低,疗效可靠,是治疗瘢痕疙瘩较为有效的方法.

Postoperative electron beam irradiation therapy for keloid:efficacy analysis of 26 cases

Objective To study the effect of the postoperative electron beam Irradiation on keloid.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinic data of 30 patients with keloid who were selected from the department of plastic Surgery,between March 2002 and June 2007. After keloid excision,3 patients received expanded skin flap recovering,all patients were treated with electron beam Irradiation.The incision and 0.5 em around the incision including the sutured sites were given 6 Mev electron beam therapy with a linear electron accelerator within 30 minutes after keloid removal operation, once daily,for 10 days as one course of treatment. Results All patients were followed up for 0.5-2 years after treatment. The cure rate is 65 per cent, and the efficiency is 97per cent.Conclusion The electron beam radiation therapy after operation is an effective treatment to keloid.
