超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障疗效的临床研究

目的研究超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法选择在南宁市第二人民医院眼科就诊的青光眼合并白内障患者,给予超声乳化联合小梁切除治疗,并观察治疗前后患眼的平均视力、平均眼压以及术后出现的并发症,并采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果患眼平均视力由（0.15±0.02）恢复至（0.48±0.13）、平均眼压由（23.29±4.83）mm Hg下降至（10.32±2.34）mm Hg;术后并发症发生率角膜水肿3.33%、后囊浑浊4%、前房纤维素渗出5.33%。结论对于青光眼合并白内障患者,超声乳化联合小梁切除术能够有效的改善眼压、恢复视力,具有积极的治疗意义。

Curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract

Objective To study the curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy for treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods Selected patients with glaucoma complicated by cataract pa- tients, conduct phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy for treatment, and observed the treated eyes mean visual acu- ity,intraocular pressure and mean postoperative complications. Used SPSS 18.0 for statistical analysis. Results The average visual acuity eyes recover from（0. 15 ± 0. 02）to（0. 48± 0. 13 ）, the average recovery of intraocular pressure drop from（ 23.29 ±4. 83 ）mm Hg to（ 10. 32 ±2. 34）mm Hg. Conclusions The patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract, phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy can effectively improve the recovery of visual acuity, intraoeu- lar pressure.
