普米克令舒联合复方异丙托溴胺雾化吸人治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的探讨普米克令舒联合复方异丙托溴胺雾化吸人治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法将98例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成观察组及对照组，每组49例，两组均给予常规对症治疗，观察组加用普米克令舒联合复方异丙托溴胺雾化吸入治疗，疗程均为1周。结果观察组总有效率93．88％，明显优于对照组的73．47％，两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），观察组咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣音消失时间及住院天数均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论普米克令舒联合复方异丙托溴胺雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著，安全性高，适合临床推广使用。

Effect observation of Pulmicort Respules to auxiliary compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation in treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis

Objective To study curative effect of pulmicort respules to auxiliary compound ipratropium bromide atomiza- tion inhalation in the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis. Methods Totally 98 cases of capillary bronchitis pa- tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,49 cases in each group, two groups were given con- ventional symptomatic treatment, on this basis, the observation group was given Pulmicort Respules to auxiliary Compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation treatment, a course of 1 week. Compare two groups of clinical curative effect, cough, shortness of breath, wheezing sound disappear time and hospitalization days. Results The observation group total effectiveness 93.88% ,obviously better than control group 73.47%, the differences was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）, cough ,shortness of breath, wheezing sound disappear time and hospitalization days were significantly less than those the control group, two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Pulmicort Respules to auxiliary Compound ipratropium bromide atomization inhalation treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis curative effect is distinct, high security and suitable for clinical use.
