2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白尿及hs-CRP与心功能的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者微量蛋白尿及超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与心功能的相关性。方法选择60例糖尿病患者为对照组研究对象,选择80例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为观察组研究对象。比较两组微量蛋白尿及血清hs-CRP的差别,并探讨二者与心功能的相关性。结果观察组微量蛋白尿及血清hs-CRP显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组超声心动图心功能指标检查左心房直径(LA)显著大于对照组(P〈0.05);左心室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣口E峰及A峰血流速度比(E/A)及EF斜率(EF%)显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示:微量蛋白尿及血清hs-CRP与LA正相关,与LVEF、E/A及EF%呈负相关。结论微量蛋白尿及CRP与2型糖尿病患者心功能损害密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of micro - albuminuria and hs - CRP with cardiac function in type 2 dia- betes mellitus. Methods Totally 60 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as control group, and 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease as experience group. Micro - albuminuria and hs - CRP were compared between two groups and their relationship with cardiac function was studied. Results Micro - albuminuria and hs - CRP in experience group were much higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Comparison with control group, LA greatly increased ( P 〈 O. 05 ), and LVEF, E/A and EF% greatly decreased ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; Pearson correlation a- nalysis results showed that Micro- albuminuria and hs -CRP positively related with LA, while they negatively correlated with LVEF, E/A and EF% ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions Micro - albuminuria and hs - CRP have close relationship with car- diac function in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
