| 摘 要： | 目的研究高通量血液透析（highfluxhemodialysis，HFHD）对老年透析患者生活质量的影响。方法对42例老年维持性血液透析患者（其中男19例，女23例）的临床资料进行分析，所有患者在进行3个月以上的低通量血液透析治疗后，改为高通量血液透析治疗。自身对照，分别在高通量治疗前及12周后进行sF-36量表汉化版的健康调查问卷进行调查。结果经过HFHD治疗后老年透析患者的生理健康总分（physicalcomponentSummary，PCS）、生理功能（PhysicalFunctioning，PF）、生理职能（Role—Physical，RP）、躯体疼痛（BodilyPain，BP）、活力（Vitality，VT）的维度得分显著高于低通量治疗（P〈0．05），而HFD前后心理健康总分（mentalcomponentsummary，MCS）、社交功能（SocialFunctioning，SF）、情感职能（Role—Emotional，RE）、精神健康（MentalHealth，MH）活力（Vitality，VT）；总体健康（GeneralHealth，GH）维度得分差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论应用HFHD可以显著提高老年透析患者的生活质量，特别能明显减轻患者的躯体疼痛，然而对老年透析患者的心理健康无明显改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the influence of high flux hemodialysis on quality of life in elderly hemodialysis pa tients. Methods Forty two elderly HD patients （ 19 males and 23 females） were incl ed in this cross sectional stud y. 36 iteort short form health survey were applied. Results After HFD treatment,the score of PCS, PF, RP, BP, VT, RE were significantly higher than before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there were no differences. Conclusion High flux hemodialy sis is better to improve health related quality of life, especially can significantly reduce the bodily pain in elderly HD patients. However,there were no improvement in mental health in elderly HD patients. |
