| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声（high—intensityfocusedultrasound，HIFU）治疗肝脏肿瘤的近期疗效。方法对118例接受HIFU治疗的肝癌患者，分析治疗前后临床症状、AFP、肝功能、影像学变化以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果HIFU治疗后，临床症状缓解率54．5％（42／77）；59．4％（41／69）的患者血清AFP下降；91．6％（99／108）的患者术后早期影像学检查提示治疗有效，主要表现为治疗区域出现不同程度的组织坏死，血供消失或减少；术后并发症少。结论HIFU治疗肝脏肿瘤是有效和可行的，为临床治疗肝脏肿瘤提供一种新的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the recent efficiency of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in the treatment of hepatocarcinoma. Methods To analyze the improvement of clinical feature change and postoperative complication oc curence on 118 cases who accept the treatment of HIFU. Results After HIFU treatment,the remission rate of clinical symptom is 54. 5% （42/77） ,the decline rate of AFP in blood serum is 59. 4% （41/69） ,the effective rate from image test on early postoperative patients is 91.6% （99/108）. Mainly presented as different degrees tissue necrosis,blood sup ply disappear or reduce, postoperative complications reduce in therapeutic area. Conclusion The treatment of HIFU to hepatocarcinoma is effective and feasible, and provide a new therapeutic means to hepatoearcinoma. |
