单纯性肥胖儿童胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨单纯性肥胖儿童胰岛素抵抗相关的血浆、游离脂肪酸(FFA)两项指标与儿童胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法选择唐山市妇幼保健院治疗的并被确诊为单纯性肥胖儿童患者50例作为实验对象(实验组),再随机选择正常儿童30例作为参照(对照组),测定所有参加实验的儿童的血浆胰岛素、游离脂肪酸(三酰甘油、总胆固醇等)及卡尼汀(CT)。计算胰岛素抵抗指数(InRI)和胰岛素敏感指数(InSI),测量各个儿童的腰围、臀围及身高体重。计算腰臀比(WHR)及体质量指数(BMI)。结果实验组血浆CT、FFA水平、WHR、TG、胰岛素水平、InRI等方面差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论实验组儿童与健康对照组儿童相比其身体内血浆CT及FFA和胰岛素抵抗的相关性大,体内的脂肪代谢紊乱,可能与浆CT及FFA的变化有关。

Correlation analysis of insulin resistance in obese children

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance in children with obesity - related plasma free fatty acid (FFA) two indicators in children. Methods Selected our hospital and was diagnosed as obese children and 50 patients as subjects (experimental group), and then randomly selected 30 cases of normal children as a reference (control group), all participants in the experimental determination of plasma insulin children, free fatty acids (triglycer- ides,total cholesterol,etc. )and carnitine (CT). Insulin resistance index (InRI)and insulin sensitivity index (InSI), measure each child~ waist, hips, and height and weight. Calculation hip ratio (WHR)and body mass index (BMI). Re- suits The plasma CT, FFA levels, WHR, TG,insulin levels, InRI in experiment group differences were statistically sig- nificant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The experimental group of children, compared with the healthy control group of chil- dren whose body CT and plasma FFA and insulin resistance in a large, body fat metabolism. Pulp may be related to changes in CT and FFA.
