复方苦参注射液对非小细胞肺癌化疗免疫功能影响

目的探讨复方苦参注射液对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法将59例已无手术时机的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为复方苦参注射液＋化疗（治疗组）29和单纯化疗组（对照组）30；谪组给予Np方案化疗，化疗前1d及化疗后l周取外周血测定血常规、免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群。结果化疗后对照组中外周血白细胞计数为（3．2±1，6）x10^9／L，淋巴细胞转化率为（9．1±2．4）％；治疗组外周血白细胞计数为（5．2±2．6）X10^9／L，淋巴细胞转化率为（19．5±2．6）％。治疗组CD4’及℃D8＋阳性细胞的百分率分别为（36．7±2．1）％和（38．5±1．7）％，对照组分别为（30．2±1．3）％和（24．6±1．4）％。结论复方苦参注射液具有减轻化疗药物毒性、护肝、升高白细胞、提高免疫功能的作用。

Effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function in non- small cell lung cancer patient

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy on the im mune function in Non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patient. Methods Totally 59 inoperable NSCLC patients were randomly divided into the treated group（ n = 29, treated with compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy） and the control group （ n = 30, treated with chemotherapy alone ）. Chemotherapy of NP protocol was applied to both groups, determined blood route, IgA, IgM, IgG, T cell subsets one day before chemotherapy and one week after chemother- apy from peripheral blood. Results The WBC and lymphocyte transformation rate of control group was （ 3.2 ± 1.6 ） x 109 . L-1 and（9. 1 ± 2.4 ）% respectively after chemotherapy, that of treated group was （5.2 ± 2. 6 ） x 109 L-I and （ 19. 5 ± 2. 6） % respectively, higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The CIM and CD8 ＋ positive cell count （36. 7 ± 2. 1 ） % and （ 38.5 ± 1.7 ） % in treat group, higher than that in control group which were （ 30. 2 ± 1. 3 ） % and （ 24.6 ± 1.4 ） % ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , IgA, IgM, IgG of thymopentin treated group was significantly different compared with control therapy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compound Kushen may alleviate toxicology reaction of chemotherapy, raise the white blood cell of patients and enhance cellular immunologic functions in the NSCLC patients.
