糖化血红蛋白在妊娠糖尿病诊断与监测及疗效评价中的应用研究

目的探讨糖化血红蛋白在妊娠糖尿病的临床诊断和监测以及疗效评价中的应用效果。方法选取沧州市妇幼保健院2010年1月—2011年12月间60例妊娠糖尿病产妇为研究组，同期60例正常妊娠产妇为对照组，观察两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白含量，以及口眼萄萄糖耐量试验与糖化血红蛋白异常率。结果研究组的空腹血糖含量、糖化血红蛋白含量均明显的高于对照组的空腹血糖含量、糖化血红蛋白含量，两组的数据比较具有明显的差异（P〈0．05），统计学有意义。研究组口服葡萄糖耐量试验异常率和糖化血红蛋白异常率均明显的高于对照组口服葡萄糖耐量试验异常率和糖化血红蛋白异常率，两组的数据比较具有明显的差异（P〈0．05），统计学有意义。结论临床中采取糖化血红蛋白能够有效的对妊振糖尿病进行诊断，且较空腹血糖和口服萄萄糖耐量试验更具优越性，并且对妊娠糖尿病的监测和临床疗效评价具有较好的临床应用价值。

Study of glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis and supervising of gestational diabetic mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis and supervising of gestational diabetic mellitus. Methods Chose 60 patients with gestational diabetic mellitus in Changzhou Maternal Health Care Hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011 as the research group ,60 normal cases as the control group, the fasting blood - glucose , glyeosylat- ed hemoglobin, the abnormal rate of tolerance of oral glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed. Results In re- search group fasting blood - glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were apparently higher than those the control group, there was significant difference. In research group the abnormal rate of tolerance of oral glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were apparently higher than those the control group, there was significant difference. Conclusion Glyeosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis and supervisiong of gestational diabetic mellitus is effective, oral glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin have more advantages, and it has good clinical application value in diagnosis and supervisiong of gestational diabetic mellitus.
