腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术剔除子宫肌瘤的临床疗效比较

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者在腹腔镜下剔除与传统开腹手术剔除的临床疗效。方法对2010年3月至2013年1月收治的子宫肌瘤患者98例作为研究对象，根据手术方式的不同随机分为观察组56例和对照组42例，观察组在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术，对照组行传统开腹子宫肌瘤切除术，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间（70．15±11．77）min，术中出血量为（120．20±30．56）m1，术后排气时间为（31．05±5．00）h，术后下床活动时间为（15．01±3．10）h，术后住院时间（6．51±2．76）d，术后使用止痛药物的患者有4例（7．14％），均优于对照组患者，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除手术治疗子宫肌瘤具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时问短、并发症发生率低等优点，值得临床推广应用．．

Clinical comparison of laparoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery on uterine fibroids removed

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with uterine fibroids removed in laparoscopic and conventional open surgery removed. Methods The hospital from March 2010 to January 2013 were treated 98 patients with uterine fibroids as research subjects, according to the different surgical methods were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group 56 cases ,42 cases observed in the laparoscopic group myomectomy, the control group under- went conventional open myomectomy, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results The mean operative time（ 70. 15 ±- 11.77 ） rain, blood loss was （ 120. 20 ± 30. 56 ） ml, postoperative discharge time was （ 31.05 ± 5.00 ） h, postoperative ambulation time was （ 15.01 ± 3.10 ） h, postoperative hospital stay （ 6. 51 ± 2. 76 ） d, post- operative use of analgesics in patients with 4 cases （7.14%）, better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy surgery for uterine fibroids with less damage, faster re- covery, shorter hospital stay, complication rate,worthy of clinical application.
