呼吸道双重病原菌感染患者的病原学及药敏分析

目的分析住院患者呼吸道双重病原菌感染的病原学及耐药率,为临床提供指导。方法回顾性分析自2011年7月至2012年6月许昌市中心医院住院患者中呼吸道双重病原菌感染的127例患者的呼吸道标本培养结果,与同时期内随机抽取的单一病原菌呼吸道感染患者130例,在病原学分布较为相似的情况下,采用统计学方法分析双重病原菌感染者细菌的耐药率与同一病原菌单独感染的耐药率差异,探讨双重病原菌感染时患者的抗生素使用原则。结果呼吸道双重病原菌感染患者单一细菌的耐药率较同一细菌单独感染耐药率明显增强,两种病原菌相互影响下,用药限制显著增多。结论临床应慎重选择抗生素,以期达到最佳治疗效果。

Analysis of etiology and antibiotic sensitivity of patients with double infection

Objective To analyze the etiology and antibiotic sensitivity of hospitalized patients with double infection in one year and provide guidance for clinical doctor.Methods Analyzed the bacterial culture results of 127 cases of patients with double infection in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2012 retrospectively,analyzed the statistical difference of drug resistance rate with the bacteria culture results of 130 cases of patients with single infection at random in etiology distribution more similar circumstances,discuss the pinciple of antibiotic use of the double infection patients.Results The drug resistance rate of double infection bacteria was higher than the same bacteria of single infection,two kinds of bacteria will influence each other and the limit of drug use increase obviously.Conclusion The clinical doctor should choose antibiotics carefully in order to get the best curative effect.
