| 摘 要： | 目的探讨FICE结合放大内镜在上消化道早癌病变中的诊断价值。方法回顾分析FujinonEG590ZW型胃镜检查经病理诊断为肠上皮化生、异型增生和早癌的70例患者。结果放大内镜加FICE技术对胃黏膜肠上皮化生、异型增生和早癌的诊断与病理诊断符合率分别为96．8％、92．6％和91．7％。结论FICE结合放大内镜对胃黏膜癌前病变及早癌具有较高诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of magnifying chromoendoscopy （MCE） and FICE in early gastric cancer. Methods Microstructures of gastric mucosa in 70 patients with gastric erosion were examined using magnifying endoscopy. And the results of histopathological biopsy taken from gastric erosion were regarded as the gold standard. Re- sults The diagnosis rates of intestinal metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia and early gastric cancer by MCE are 96.8%, 92.6% and 91.7%. Conclusion Early gastric cancer could be accurately and effectively identified under magnifying chromoendoscopy and FICE. |
