老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺结核的诊断特点及疗效

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并肺结核的诊断特点及疗效。方法回顾性分析了2007年6月—2012年6月入住我院的100例老年肺结核患者（包括COPD与非COPD患者）的临床资料,对其临床诊断特点与治疗疗效进行分析。结果 COPD组与非COPD组在临床表现与客观检查方面的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者的转归比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;根据SGQR评分标准,两组患者治疗后的生活质量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 COPD合并肺结核并无特殊的诊断方法,采用肺部影像学检查,其诊断率较高;如果采取有效的诊断方法与治疗对策,则COPD并不会对肺结核预后产生影响。

Characteristics and efficacy study of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the characteristics and the efficacy of the diagnosis of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with（COPD） pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the stay in our hospital 100 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis（including COPD and non-COPD patients）clinical data from June 2007 to June 2012,its characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment efficacy analysis.Results COPD group with non-COPD group differences in clinical manifestations and objective examination has a statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Outcome of the patients showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）;Under the SGQR scoring two the quality of life of patients after treatment showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion COPD with pulmonary tuberculosis no special diagnostic methods,lung imaging,the diagnosis rate is higher;Take effective diagnosis and treatment countermeasures,COPD will have no impact on tuberculosis prognostic.
